Refinitiv pricing terms and conditions

Netwealth has contracted with Refinitiv Australia Pty Limited to provide services that enable certain website users to access securities data pricing services or information provided to Netwealth by Refinitiv and used in certain Netwealth products or services (Refinitiv Products) (Copyright © Refinitiv 2018; all rights reserved).

By seeking access to a Netwealth product or service that incorporates a Refinitiv Product, you are acknowledging and agreeing that you will be subject to the following terms and conditions in respect of your use of the Refinitiv Product.

Refinitiv Australia Pty Limited or its affiliate or third party provider as applicable owns and retains all rights, title and interest, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, in the Refinitiv Products which are made available to Netwealth for Netwealth’s internal purposes only.

You may only copy, paste and distribute a Refinitiv Product if all of the following conditions are met:

1. the copied information has no independent commercial value and is not a substitute for any product or service offered by Refinitiv or its affiliate;
2. distribution is internal only and incidental to your business purpose;
3. you do not distribute it in connection with information vending or commercial publishing, or via the press, mass media or online; and
4. where practicable, you clearly identify Refinitiv or its third party provider as the data source.

It is otherwise prohibited to display, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from a Refinitiv Product except as authorised by Refinitiv in writing.

Refinitiv makes no warranty about the continuity, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any Refinitiv Product, each of which is provided on an “as is” basis, nor the results of using it, and will have no liability for any use of it or inability to use it, nor for any damages arising in connection with it.
