If you choose to use the Netwealth ASX Alert Service and enter an alert request Netwealth will send the ASX Alert to you by email messages at the email address you provide.

Availability and transmission of emails

Sending email messages depends on electronic transmission of data through the internet.

You acknowledge that transmission of emails may be delayed or fail and that you do not rely on the Netwealth ASX Alert Service to provide information to you.

You acknowledge that transmission of emails may be delayed or not sent to you due to factors including, but not limited to, failure or malfunction in any part of the internet, system overload or virus attack.

The sending of email messages and the operation of the Netwealth ASX Alert Service generally may be interrupted or suspended without notice to facilitate the carrying out of maintenance, or for other reasons, including reasons beyond Netwealth's reasonable control. Liability and indemnity

You agree that Netwealth is not responsible for any loss or liability in connection with a Netwealth ASX Alert not being sent to or received by you for any reason. You also agree to indemnify Netwealth for any loss or liability of Netwealth in providing the Netwealth ASX Alert Service to you.

Cancellation

Netwealth may suspend or cancel your access to the Netwealth ASX Alert Service at any time for any reason or no reason and with or without notice.
