Rob has a long history in the wealth management industry as former CEO of The Money Managers Ltd. Then he moved to Shadforth Financial Group where he orchestrated the growth of a division managing seven turnkey financial planning practices with $280 million in FUM. Rob's adept leadership included overseeing 53 staff across six locations, with a budget of $12 million and an EBITDA of $4.3 million. 

Rob thrives in data-driven environments and is a lover of facts. Peloton, the financial services consulting business he co-founded, is an expert in restructuring pricing models to accurately reflect the value delivered to clients, validating alignment between clients and the business.
