Netwealth has contracted with TipRanks Ltd (TipRanks) to provide a service that enables users to access aggregated financial information, opinions and recommendations of various third parties regarding publicly traded securities and other financial products (the TipRanks Service). By seeking access to the TipRanks Service through the Netwealth website, you are acknowledging and agreeing that you will be subject to the following terms and conditions in respect of your use of the TipRanks Service.

Third Party Content

The TipRanks Service contains content, and hyperlinks to content, prepared or made available by various third parties of TipRanks who are not affiliated with Netwealth. Content may include financial information, analyst research and commentary and may vary from time to time.

These resources are being made available ‘as is’, and Netwealth has not taken any steps to verify or ensure their accuracy, timeliness, sequence, reliability or completeness. You therefore access and use them at your sole discretion and risk. Netwealth and its directors, officers, employees and agents do not give any warranty or guarantee, make any representation as to, or accept responsibility for, the accuracy, timeliness, sequence, reliability or completeness of any information available through the TipRanks Service, or the security of any website to which electronic links are provided as part of the TipRanks Service. Netwealth is not affiliated with TipRanks.

Access

The TipRanks Service can be accessed through the ‘Free research account’ section of the Netwealth website by persons who have completed a Netwealth registration online via the Netwealth website. TipRanks will require you to set up a password-protected login.

By using the TipRanks Service you will be deemed to have also read, agreed and accepted TipRanks’ Terms and Conditions applicable from time to time which are available at https://www.tipranks.com/terms.

The content available through the TipRanks Service is general information only. It is not and should not be regarded as a recommendation by Netwealth or anyone else to buy, hold or sell any financial product referenced therein. Except to the extent not permitted by law:

1. The person accessing the US Research section of the Netwealth website ("the Client") acknowledges and accepts that they shall not make any claim against Netwealth, or any other person supplying information for use on the Netwealth website ("Information Supplier"), nor against any officer, employee, agent or related company of any of the foregoing, for any acts or omissions relating to or arising out of any delay in operation or transmission of the TipRanks Service or associated services (such as the provision of financial information, market research and other data ("Financial Information"), any deficiency or inaccuracy in the Financial Information, or any communications failure, Internet access difficulties or malfunction in equipment or software, and that the Client shall indemnify such persons against all such claims;
2. The Client acknowledges that Netwealth and its related companies and their respective officers, employees and agents expressly disclaim any warranty as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, truth or falsity of any Financial Information made available to the Client through or in connection with the TipRanks Service or which is otherwise available on the website of TipRanks, Netwealth or any other party, and that such Financial Information is likely to be sourced from other persons and merely passed on; and
3. The Client covenants in favour of Netwealth, each Information Supplier, and their respective officers, employees, agents and related companies, that none of them shall be liable to the Client for any loss or damage suffered as a result of accessing or using the TipRanks Service and the Client shall keep each of them indemnified against all such claims by the Client.

Further, the Client acknowledges and agrees that any Financial Information that is made available to the Client is not suitable to be acted upon as investment advice, and that it is advisable to consult a professional adviser before making any investment decision relating to the Financial Information.

Termination

Netwealth or TipRanks may change, limit, suspend or terminate your access to the TipRanks Service, or cease to make part or all of the TipRanks Service available, at any time for any reason and without notice.
